Mouse Burrow Cards

If a player reaches their starting position with one or even two treats in their bags, they empty their bags and draw one of the 32 Mouse Burrow cards for each treat they delivered. These 16 different cards can either be played during a players turn or as an interruption during another players turn. Some have an immediate effect while others change the game permanently. A player can stack up to three Mouse Burrow Cards and use them whenever they see fit. Every card gives you either an slight advantage or ruin the plan of one of your opponents.
